Since you made an order, you have 24 H to cancel it by sending an email sales@royalequestriancollection.com, after that time all the bellow will apply:






1.1 This website is directed primarily at those who access the site from The USA, and those who use it from other locations assume responsibility for complying with CA laws if they should prove applicable. We do not charge you for accessing this website.


1.2 The items displayed on this website are conceived, designed, engineered, and supplied by ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP, who shall be referred to as “ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP”, “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these terms and conditions, and the remainder of the website. ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP  is a company registered in California -USA, our office address is 360 Via Las Brisas, Newbury Park, CA 93012.


1.3 We accept neither responsibility for information, practices, or products of any parties linked to this website, nor liability for any damage or loss arising from your dealings with them. We also deny all responsibility or liability for the content of any communications sent to us by our website users.


1.4 Any communication sent to this website by any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the consent and email address of an adult.


1.5 We reserve the right to use, free of charge, any ideas or suggestions you send to us at this website, at any time, and in any manner we should choose.


1.6 We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute any information on this website without giving prior notice, and access may be terminated, suspended, or restricted at any time.

We reserve the right to not respond to correspondence/communication which is abusive, threatening, or coming from the terminated accounts.


1.7 We offer no warranty regarding the timeliness, performance, suitability, reliability, completeness, accuracy, or freedom from viruses of any of the contents or services found on this website.


1.8 We do not accept liability for damage or loss (including loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, purchases, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) resulting from your use, or delay, or inability to use this website, or its content, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

2  |  PRICES

2.1 The prices payable for items that you order are as set out in the ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP website. We try to ensure that all the prices shown on this website are accurate. However, occasionally items are mispriced. Where an item’s correct price is lower than the stated price, we will issue a refund for the difference and dispatch the order in the usual way. Where a product’s correct price is higher than the stated price, we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. Where a reduced price is shown the item/s has been on sale at the higher price for 28 days or more.


2.2 You will be required to pay extra for delivery, and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out on our website.


2.3 Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.



3.1 Payment can be made by the methods provided for you on the ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP website. You must be over 18 to place an order and make a payment.


3.2 We will debit the payment from your chosen method of payment at the time we dispatch your goods or pass your order on to a third party for dispatch, as appropriate.


3.3 All prices do not include TAX (where applicable) tax is calculated during checkout.



4.1 You may return a purchase at any time up to the end of 7 days from the day you receive your item(s), during which you can change your mind, as long as you return the item to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken).

Customers must contact Royalequestriancollection.com within 7 days after receiving the product to obtain the return process by sending the return form, or by email sales@royalequestriancollection.com. Any return request after 7 days will not be processed.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee for each item shipped plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. We charged a $10 one-time fee for exchanging the products and re-stocking can apply as well. All exchanges are subject to individual approval by the sales department. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $7.99 charge for orders under $95. If you wish to return please fill out the above form.

All furniture, leather goods, saddles, bridles, and items above 20 pounds will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the actual product page.

Some products are considered special order items (as /but not limited to/: leather goods, products shipped from the manufacturer, bits) unfortunately are not returnable.  All products that are custom made, special order, limited editions, or have embroidery per customer order are strictly not returnable.

Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed, or used products.

Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for the return.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feed, food, vitamins, supplements, feeding accessories, cleaning accessories, lotions and powders, shampoo, conditioners, horse spray,  print bulletins, mattresses and undergarments, mats, custom orders, discounted and promotion products, custom gifts, designer clothing, underwear and socks, intimate clothes and merchandise shipped directly from manufacturers especially furniture, show/competition clothes, bits, crops, bridles (especially limited edition)  boots, all custom made products, and all leather goods.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division. In most cases, we issue the store credit or exchanges. Processes can take from 30-48 business days. We do not accept liability for any delay.

4.2 You cannot cancel your purchase if you have taken the item(s) out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you or when the item is either damaged or smudged by you.


4.3 To cancel your order you must notify us by email within 12 hours after you have received the item(s).


4.4 If you receive an item that you did not order or which is not in good condition, please notify us as soon as possible.


Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for the return.


4.5 Complaints, guarantees, and exchanges for products manufactured by third parties need to be returned to the originator after contacting the manufacturers. Royal Enterprises Group is not responsible for any defects made by third party manufacturers, nor is liable for products sold through its marketplace by a third-party manufacturer


4.6 Note: your order is accepted, and the purchase is concluded when the ordered item is processing.



5.1 We reserve the right to cancel the order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we cannot obtain payment; an item, price or offer description fault has been identified; we do not deliver to your area.


5.2 If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30-48 business days of your order. We do not accept liability for any delay.


5.3 If during processing we discover for any unforeseen reason that we cannot complete your order, we will cancel the order and email you explaining why (for instance, a stock shortage, inability to obtain payment, or the identification of a pricing, product, or product description fault).


5.4 We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any price or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website, whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any price or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.



6.1 Royal Enterprises Group will deliver the item(s) ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and your payment has been received. Delivery inside the USA can take from 7- 30 days (Majority 7-10 business days).Products shipped from the manufacturers (such as but not limited to: Cavallo, Fleck, Passier, HS Sprenger, Uvex, Miasuki) delivery can takes up till 45-60 business days and Due to processing times, the discribed brands items are not eligible for cancellation (such as but not limited to: ridding boots, bits, breeches, gloves, glasses, spurs, bridles. We do not accept liability for any delay including shipping delays and restock delays by some carriers.  FREE SHIPPING* on orders $95+ Smaller orders only $7.99-applys only within the USA.


6.2 You will become the owner of the item(s) you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the item(s) have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.


6.3 Any product sold by Royal Enterprises Group item for delivery outside the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Delivery outside the USA can take from 12- 60 days. We do not accept liability for any delay including shipping delays and restock delays by some carriers.



7.1 Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. In case you are not satisfied with the item you can return it to ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP for a replacement within 3 days after purchase. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.


7.2 In the unlikely event that you receive an item that proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 12 hours after reviving the item. Products that are manufactured by a third party must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Defective products must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty coverage.


7.3 ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP items are extremely durable due to the high-grade materials and rigorous quality control.


Please remember that ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP products are not designed to be used in sand or water. The cuddles can only be washed by hand and should not be tumble-dried or ironed.



8.1 All images, branding, trademarks, text, layouts, website design, software programs, underlining source code, content, technical structure, and all other material on this site are the property of ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP. You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial purposes, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its material, contents, or underlying software.


8.2 When you transmit or post any material to or on our website or social media you grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license under your copyright and other intellectual property rights to use or display or distribute that material in any way without any duty at all to account to you.



9.1 The company/product/label brand name and trademark “ROYAL EQUESTRIAN COLLECTION” is the copyright of ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP. Any use of this, including modification, distribution, reproduction, or republication, is strictly prohibited without our prior permission in writing.


9.2 You are not permitted to use any of the “ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP” trademarks or any similar signs likely to confuse the public, without our prior written consent.


9.3 Any trademarks and trade names for brands, titles, or product names belonging to companies other than ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP displayed on this website, or linked websites, are the sole rights of their respective legal owners, and you agree to comply with any notices pertaining to these.



10.1 By submitting your details in the shop section of the website, you are agreeing for us to use that data to better understand your needs, the market, our own service and products, and for other purposes. We may also use it to advise you about changes to our products and services, special offers or other information. If you would like to be removed from our database, please send us an email. We will not pass on any of your details to third parties.


10.2 If you have bought something from ROYAL ENTERPRISES GROUP we will have your email address, phone number, address, and payment details. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you.


10.3 We maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We also collect information of a general nature about how many ‘hits’ our website gets, and we monitor the site traffic patterns; this tells us which areas of the site are being visited more than others. It also helps us build a more useful site in subsequent re-designs. We don’t track individual users’ pathways through the site. Our site uses ‘cookies’.


10.4 We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers and shipping companies to help complete your order. By placing an order with us you consent to us using the personal information you have given to us.
