-Customer must contact within 7 days after receiving the product to obtain the return process by sending the above return form, or by email Any return request after 7 days will not be processed.

-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee for each item shipped plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. We charged a $10 one-time fee for exchange the products and re-stocking can apply as well. All exchanged are subject to individual approval by the sales department. Before exchange contact

Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $7.99 charge for orders under $95. If you wish to return please fill out the above form.

-All furniture, leather goods, saddles, bridles, and items above 20 pounds will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the actual product page.

-Some products are considered special order items (as /but not limited to/: leather goods, products shipped from the manufacturer, bits) unfortunately are not returnable.  All products that are custom made, special order, limited editions, or have embroidery per customer order are strictly not returnable.

-Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed, or used products.

-Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for the return.

-Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feed, food, vitamins, supplements, feeding accessories, cleaning accessories, lotions and powders, shampoo, conditioners, horse spray,  print bulletins, mattresses and undergarments, mats, custom orders, custom gifts, designer clothing, underwear and socks, intimate clothes and merchandise shipped directly from manufacturers especially furniture, show/competition clothes, bits, bridles (especially limited edition)  boots custom made, and all leather goods. 

-All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

-For those customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally please remember that Royal Equestrian Collection cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US.  

-Any product sold by Royal Enterprises Group item for delivery outside the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Delivery outside the USA can take from 12- 60 days. We do not accept liability for any delay including shipping delays and restock delays by some carriers.



Encourages buyers to reserve a product at the store prior to its release. Pre-orders are for novelty products.

Back-order it meant that the product has been ordered, but not sent to the customer because it is not yet available.

In both cases, the customer can cancel the pending order at any time before the product arrives at the shipping department and is in the process of shipping.

The product is not available for purchase, and there is no estimated date when it will be available for purchase. 

Return Shipping Costs

-Royal Equestrian Collection does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

-Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received.

-Please send your prepaid label requests to, be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days with the shipping costs.

-Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FEDEX, or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally, we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records.

-If a package is refused, there will be a $30.00 refusal fee, 25% restocking fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $7.99 charge for orders under $95+.

Since you made an order, you have 24 H to cancel it by sending an email, after that time all the above will apply.

Time Needed for Credit and Return:

Please allow approximately 10 business days to process your return or exchange (actually posted to your account can take much longer and depend on the financial institution).  If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30-48 business days of your order. We do not accept liability for any delay. Refunds will only be applied to the credit card used to make your purchase.
